Patient churn, poor policies that force follow-on appointments, lack of knowledge, and puppy mill are terms that best describe this practice. Wish I’d researched Dr Tolar’s business before I entrusted them with my care. I’m an educated professional, concerned citizen and been around the block many times — unfortunately I trusted my care to these idiots.
