I have been trying to be patient while going to Dr. Tolar for a few years but today was the final straw. This place is like a puppy mill! They want you having to contact them—and pay!—every 90 days for all refills, even if they are just blood pressure or diabetic RX you have been on for over 20 years. It is time consuming and exhausting to deal with the staff who can’t send the correct quantity and or pharmacy. Dr. Tolar regularly misdiagnosed my symptoms and conditions.
