Hi there. Dr. Rogel is awesome. I work in the medical field as a provider. They are timely, professional, well organized. I am 51, had a wisdom tooth removed. He answered all my questions and i felt totally comfortable and trusted him and his staff completely. His staff are also awesome. Given the fincancial crunch that health care providers are under, most practices are to stressed, busy and understaffed to be nice and attentive. Not so at Dr Rogells office. The Dr asked if I was in pain due to my TMJ and when I said yes he never responded much less offer pain medication. It didn't feel like he cared very much about my level of comfort. He didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. He wasn't very understanding or caring, and he didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't his primary concern.
