Currently healing from abdominoplasty & bilateral breast reduction from Dr Cooter and I could not praise Dr Cooter, his nurse Wendy, his theatre staff, and his office staff more. Everybody was so kind and welcoming from the very beginning. Dr Cooter himself is so thorough, with the most kind, calming, and gentle aura about him - his presence is reassuring and I will always be grateful for the space he created for me. Not to mention, he made me look absolutely bangin'.
I cannot recommend Dr Cooter highly enough for breast reconstruction following mastectomy. I had my reconstruction completed in two stages, with the first performed immediately after my mastectomy. From my very first appointment through to my recovery after the second surgery, I consistently felt supported and reassured. Dr Cooter has exceptional bedside manner. The level of customer service i was shown right from my first interaction with Dr Cooters staff & Dr Cooter himself was absolutely exceptional. The pleasant manner & willingness to help in every possible way was so impressive. The way Dr Cooter handled my consults, gave me all the information I needed prior to surgery was very comforting.The surgery itself couldn't have gone better & the follow up care & appointments were so reassuring. From the moment I walked into Dr Cooter's rooms for my first consult, I felt very welcomed. I knew he was the surgeon I was going to go with straight away, as he made me feel seen, heard and generally cared for. Not only is Dr Cooter’s bedside manner professional and honest, his ability to correct other “cowboy doctors” mistakes/ inexperience easily places this surgeon in the highest skill set. The staff who support him at his clinic and the staff at St Andrews were really supportive , competent and professional.
