Based on my interaction with the reception staff I would not bother. I found her extremely rude and condescending for no reason. We live in a time where people are miserable in their jobs and take their frustrations out on others.
Woke up during the procedure in agony as I could feel the doctor pulling and pushing. Dr Cooter took too long and the anesthetic wore off. Four years later and my right breast is still numb. I lost about 50% of sensation there. I Do Not Recommend!!! I should’ve gone somewhere else for a better outcome and experience. Also, admin and front desk staff are just rude.
May 2025 I have nothing but praise for Dr Cooter and his fantastic team. They are all very nice and all treat you with respect, they truley care for the person in their care. I had a procedure and the results were fantastic. Dr Cooter is a very taleted doctor who with his team put you at ease right through the whole process. I am so very glad I chose him for my procedure. Well done to all his staff for not making you feel like a number they really do care.
I’m dissatisfied and disappointed with the entire experience. He performed my procedure in what felt like a dentist chair in a basic room (not hospital grade) and then sent me home within hours still vomiting, disoriented, in extreme pain and unable to walk (wheelchair me out). He has no over night facilities (that was told to me) I went in wanting fuller breasts as they were excessively saggy (after 3 kids), he gave me a white baggy Tshirt to try on with a maternity bra underneath and was stuffing them with silicon to see w... read more
I had the best experience at Waverley House. I am now 8 weeks post-op and the care has been outstanding. I’m also very pleased with my results - it has exceeded all my expectations. I can’t thank Dr Rodney Cooter, the nursing staff and his team enough!
