Pill mill with no regard for overall health
I saw Robin for about 4 years until I moved. When I first saw her I was in acute distress and trauma. It turns out I have several overlaping complex mental illnesses, learning disabilities, & health problems. She is hands down the best psych nurse practitioner I've been to yet. She spent plenty of time with me each visit. She offered multiple resources & referrals as needed. Gave me websites & additional information to look up and learn more about my mental illness. See review above. I've been a patient of Dr. Jacobs for about three years. Each time I needed to see her for a new script, it felt like pulling teeth to simply get a return call to arrange for an appointment. This time around, I called five times over the period of a week, leaving messages to make arrangements. No call back, nothing. With that, I had to scramble to find a new APRN in order to get a script written. Poor form to be sure.
