I don't even know where to start because as a person who has a Associates Degree in the medical field and worked from 18 years of age until 2017 with patients. No good experience with Dr. Hernando. He lacked compassion and empathy. His attitude hurt my feelings. I see good reviews for others. But, no nice to me. Maybe he did not like me.

When calling to make my appointment, there was no one available to speak English. I waited two weeks for my appointment and wasn't given the link to the virtual visit. I tried calling the office for 2 hours and kept getting a busy signal, so I sent an e-mail requesting the link. I got the link by text 14 minutes before my scheduled time of 11:30 am. Dr. Hernando is the best! He is compassionate and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes his time to listen to you and really understands how you feel. His knowledge and professionalism assured me I was in good hands on top of how helpful he is throughout your treatment. The medication he prescribed me I had no issues with, they were effective and treated me properly without any side effects. So grateful to have had him as my doctor, truly saved my life.
I'm 100% convinced that if all doctors were like Dr. Hernando, there wouldn't be a mental health crisis in America. I have been a patient of his for several years now and cannot imagine trusting anyone else with my mental health. He is the kind of professional who truly cares for his patients and is willing to go beyond the scope of his responsibilities to assure you leave his office with the help you need.
