Office does not answer the phone. When you have an appointment you are left waiting for over an hour with no acknowledgment. Staff is not helpful in anyway. Will not be returning to this physician , as I would need an office that answers the phone and does not leave patient's waitingfor weeks.
First time with this doctor and you feel the lack of emphaty with patient, Dr Hernado doesnt even make eye contact with you, the patient, wrong diagnosis of my menthal health, so he ordered a wrong medication, what a hassle dealing with this menthal health provider!!
When I began treatment with Dr Roberto Hernando, Psychiatrist, he appeared very interested in helping me with my traumas. Time passed, and, I have seen a deferent Dr.Roberto Hernando. More distant, less involved, less focused on the patient, no connecting with patient pain, not listening to what I want to say.....This has affected me in a negative way. It pains to give this review.
Extremely compassionate and empathetic with his patients. Very professional and listen to his patients. Highly recommended.
The customer service at this office is 0, especially the front desk women named Mercy. I had an issue trying to figure out which medication to take at what time, she suggested to do what she thought based on what’s written on the pills. She is not a doctor so she should not have been telling what she thinks I should do in the first place. I don't even know where to start because as a person who has a Associates Degree in the medical field and worked from 18 years of age until 2017 with patients. I am very upset and heartbroken to see how in these times we are living in almost every healthcare professional has forgotten how to be professional, they have forgotten that its all about treating patients like if they were your own family.
