Folks, this man and his staff have always had stellar success and service until a group of imbeciles decided to trash his reputation with fake reviews. Look at the dates on these so called REAL REVIEWS, and decide for yourself. These are professional, honest people who go out of their way to treat people. I've never had any problems in 5 years!

This doctor so incompetent and treated my daughter like dirt. He is very unknowledgeable. Her other specialists wanted places checked on her as they could not determine. She has sores on her scalp and he said they pop out because of stress. DO WHAT? She is now calling her primary care doctor and her specialist. No wonder this place was investigated by the Federal government and Medicare. Well, Medicare is about to get a formal complaint sent in on this jerk. O recommendation
I have no issue with Dr Baum or with any of his staff in Gadsden. My issue is that when you call the Gadsden number for them you get someone who is sitting in Florida. The person doesn’t have a clue and to them you are just a name. This is no way to run a practice. You need to be able to talk with the people who know you best not some clerk out of state

An addition to my recent review. Today was an unusual circumstance with the Panama City crew up in Huntsville. They were splendid. Dr Calcote is splendid. If you all know that the wait time will be incredibly long to make it into the exam room (the 1st time for a Mohs surgery), perhaps call the patient so they can wait at home, especially if they are elderly. Thank you!!!
