Beware of an SRT protocol. Because 2 spots on my lower left leg showed signs of distress at 17 treatments out of 20, I questioned finishing the 20. Took 1 week off and finished the end of Nov. 2017. Aug. 2018 - just finished once a week wound clinic care for help in healing those spots. Excess radiation caused the wounds and the slow healing. Not everyone can tolerate 20 treatments. I was a statistic not a patient.

This is not about the doctor, but instead about the billing process. I went to his office in June. As of today, August 20, I NEVER got a bill. I have called, which by-the-way is ridiculous, it is a long distance number. Cannot call his local office. Tried paying online, with no success because I have no account number. When I finally got a live person, was told, Oh I thought you are in bankruptcy. NOT ME!!!. Then, well just wait, we have a new billing company handling. Yes, Collections :(

I am an educated 60 year old former teacher who has had a rash for a few months. The rash began to spread . Two of my closest friends broke out with identical rash and were diagnosed with scabies . This doctor looked at me and immediately told me I was delusional without taking a scraping or checking antibodies for a scabies infection. I left quickly as I felt he was not thorough and knew the bites I found on my face upon waking in the morning were not the result of delusions.

My father had stage IV metastesized lung cancer and was treated several times for radiation rash from his treatments. Dr. Calcote and his entire staff were always so pleasant and precious to us, especially my dad. His kindness in such a difficult time in our lives will always be treasured.

Dr. Calcote and his staff made the experience of making a doctors visit as refreshing and as pleasant as it is possible for a medical visit to be. I can't recommend this practice highly enough. it is so hard to find a great doctor nowadays, and I am so glad I have found Dr. Calcote.

My daughter had a Pyogenic granuloma on her face so we came to see Dr Calcote. For our treatment appointment they asked us to be 45 mins early for numbing cream. I am an RN over at HH and I wanted to be there so I met my husband there for the appt. We were 30 mins early instead of 45 and he made us reschedule. He was rude about it. I understand we weren't as early as he preferred, but we weren't late. We were also the only patients waiting. We just endes up going somewhere else.
