Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
Dr. Kellow is awesome, however his staff that work in the front and answer phones are less than helpful. It's a shame, but it's something we live in exchange for such a great doctor.
My whole experience at this office was above average and the staff and doctors are kind to my children. They were just fantastic. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great

I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here.
