Dr. Greenfield has amazing bedside manner. He was very informative and easy to understand. I am very confident in his treatment plan for me.
Dr. Greenfield is very professional and was kind to us. He was very thorough and listen to my description of the pain. I was happy to find out that I did not need hip replacement. He gave me a shot for bursitis pain. Also an order for Physical Therapy for my lumbar spondylitis. The hip pain is completely gone now. I am very happy with the treatment I received.
When Dr Greenfield examined me checking my strength he barely touched me. I heard Dr Greenfield in the room adjacent to me after he slammed the door leaving my room. He was more cordial to that patient and even said “have a great day”I found myself asking what was the difference in me and that patient. Was it because he was male or because he was white?I was there for a second opinion. I can't believe the level of insensitivity I received from this Dr. He showed very little to no interest to my concerns. He also was rude. I thought he was just busy during the first visit. However hospital behavior was the same or worst at the second. After explaining the pain I'm still in, he quickly dismissed my concerns. He ended with saying I don't have any answers as to why you're still in pain. ' I don't think that you need an MRI or anything. I said I do'. His response was 'good' and left out slamming the door.
I am very pleased with Dr. Greenfield and his staff. He spent more than adequate time during my visits explaining his diagnosis and the procedure, including what to expect afterwards. Everything was exactly as he said it would be. My procedure was a total success and I couldn’t be more pleased.
He is a very good and professional doctor. God bless him and his family!!!
I had been in pain for 3 weeks. Dr. Greenfield relieved it in minutes. I really like this doctor.Straight talk, no BS, and very good at the procedure he did on my knee. I have found my guy for ortho.
The same thing stands out as at the beginning 1. Patience and attention - superb2. Explanation clarity - exceptional 3. My questions/feedback-Always allowed4. Compassion - Always feel I’m important and that my cause is worthy of the practice’s time5. Follow-up- with-in my expectations
Dr. Greenfield actually listened to my description of my pain and understood what I needed. He recommended a course of actions that put my mind at ease as my level of pain decreased.
