They are always very careful and meticulous Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. This is a follow-up review from a very negative and angry review that I had written several weeks ago. Dr. Strimling's office read this review that I had written and contacted me immediately to get it resolved. The office manager apologized for the billing and insurance errors that had been ignored by the billing department. Dr. Strimling offered to see me again free of charge because he didn't want to lose one of his patients. Dr. Strimling is the best dermatologist I have been to in Las Vegas!!! I highly recommend him. I have been going to him for the last 9 years. I really like his brand new office. He and his staff are very professional.

Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible
