The absolute best. Have had lower back issues due to an accident as a child. Stretching, weight training, and maintaining a healthy weight kept the issues to a minimum -- but I finally needed to seek treatment due to some inflammation that wouldn't settle down. Dr. Millard ran some tests and recommended an epidural -- which solved my issue in one treatment. And he played some great tunes in the background while doing it. Hah.
