I have seen many Dr's. & worked with many Dr's. as I am chronically ill. My career and education is Pharmacology & Anesthesiology. I moved out of city of Boston, and needed a great Dr. to help me in my new area. I consider myself extremely lucky to have Dr. Crausman. He has helped me tremendously as a Dr., and I love him as a person. I also love his staff. I look forward to all of my appointments !
Dr. Crausman is the best Dr. I have meet in many years.He is just a great Dr.as well as a great human being.

If you are looking for a doctor's office with a NICE staff, and an ORGANIZED doctor, then in my personal opinion, you should continue looking. THIS is NOT that doctor's office. Lisa, the office manager, and Brenda, a receptionist, are both, in my personal opinion, two of the most uncaring, and rudest individuals in the profession. The manner in which they verbally chastised and screamed at my boyfriend, who had selected their office a year prior, was, in my personal opinion, abusive.
