The psychiatrist was very unprofessional. He didn't see me for more than 5 min at a time. He chose to deny me medication that would have helped me get better. He didn't introduce himself or ask me who I was. He had no bedside manner at all and treats all his patients like their junkies.

Dr. Patterson is amazing. He's been such an impact in my life in so many ways. He's the only psychiatrist for all the patients there, how he has anything left to give at the end of a day I don't know. I watch him day after day, walk back and forth down a long hallway, taking endless patients one after another, and yet, he still gives you more of his attention and care than any other psychiatrist I've met, by far. Incredibly rude and incompetent doctor. He would not address my serious side effects, including seizures, hallucinations, and rapid weight gain. He said my hallucinations and seizures weren't real, both which ceased soon after I was able to change doctors and medications. Since then I have not had a single seizure or hallucination, and I'm back to a health weight again, albeit left with stretch marks. I've never been so invalidated by a professional in my life. Stay away.

Dr. Patterson is the best. I can't say enough good things about the service I have received over the years at midtown. Dr. Patterson is a busy guy but always concerned about making sure I'm ok.
