Dr. Cassinelli was my back surgeon and this was a follow up visit 4 months after surgery. He is easy to talk to and I like his honesty and straightforwardness. We talked candidly about my back situation and expectations for healing.

Love Dr Royster! My husband was referred to him by a co-worker for knee replacement. He took good care of my husband and explained everything! He seemed to really care! I recently had occasion to need his help after having back surgery (another group) that has left me in great pain for almost 8 months. Even though he isn’t a back surgeon, he is making all attempts to help me with my issues. He is wonderful!

Peachtree Orthopedics is a wonderful medical operation and Dr. Ezequiel Cassinelli is one of their finest. He is knowledgeable and compassionate, but more importantly, he is a terrific surgeon. He performed a spinal fusion on me and gave me back an active life with no more pain. I delayed having surgery for 30 years because of fear. He gave me the confidence to proceed and I am glad every day I made that decision. He has a real gift!
Dr. Royster is always so professional and really cares about his patients. He listens to you which a lot of Doctors do not and I really appreciate that.
my ankle was crushed in an accident about 6 years ago when I was 69. he did such a wonderful job repairing the damage that I hardly ever think about it. It's like it never happened. I still have the pins and plates in place. I didn't even have to go to physical therapy after because my range of motion--after the cast was removed--was normal.
