I saw Dr. Orfaly over 10 years ago for my left shoulder. He debrided (sp?) the shoulder and repaired my rotator cuff. His protocols for after surgery care, physical therapy and treatment were, I believe, instrumental in my excellent outcome. Unfortunately (and he warned me of this), my right shoulder now has what feels like a similar problem. I'm going through the insurance hoops to make it back to Dr. Orfaly's office.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. Walking into the office, I was ignored for almost five minutes because the receptionists were too busy looking at their phones. Dr. Orfaly has terrible bedside manner. He acts like he is better than you. Despite promising to call back and help schedule things, they have never once called. Look for a different doctor. Don't waste your time with him. I have been dealing with this for a year. I will never recommend him to anybody.
