I loved the friendliness of the staff. I did not feel like I was being rushed through any of my procedures. Best dental office I have been to
I had a filling done & had ZERO pain...not before, during or after the procedure. When you have any type of procedure done other than your plain jane cleaning, he personally calls to check on you that evening!
I was left in the appointment room by myself, but usually just while waiting for x-rays. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain and make jokes to put me at ease. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
Had to call on the weekend for an emergency - response was immediate. Got us in first thing monday morning. Dental work looks fantastic! Thank you so much for your help!
I have had extensive dental work done over the past years, nine of which have been with Dr. Lasell. I can assure you that he is one of the few dentist I have had that cares about his patients and is concerned about their welfare and their ability to keep a good set of teeth and a healthy smile. If it were not for his expertise in the dental field, I would not be able to have the ability to eat the foods that I can now enjoy. Immune requirements necessitated a change in dentists. I was very happy with my prior dentist and was displeased with having to change. However, Dr. Lasell and his staff have exceeded expectations. I am very pleased.
Had a perfect hygenist.
"Dr. Lasell is the most gentle and kind dentist, and we want to go to home for the rest of our life!" The words of our four children. We always get in right when our appointment is schedules... never have to wait. All the staff is very professional and treat us like family.
