Dr. Q is awesome. He doesn't rush you in or out and is incredibly helpful. His staff is very helpful, I would HIGHLY reccomend him.
Dr. Quillin is an amazing doctor. He is so knowledgeable and well-read at our visits. He is a dedicated family man and regularly mentions his wife and their 3 children. It's hard today to find a doctor that is truly "old school" and we feel priviledged to have him as our pediatrician and highly reccomend him to others.
From the first time we met Dr. Quillin we were impressed. He is an excellent physician and had been good with our son. His staff is friendly and the nurse calls are promptly returned. We never had an issue until Feb 1, 2007. At that time he began charging $20.00 per call to his after hour nurse line. I think it's horrible that you have to pay to get nurse advice when you have a sick child. in my opinion, this is unacceptable and we will be looking for a new physican next week. I come from a family of doctors, and know when a dr is good or not. Dr. Quillin is an excellent doctor. I always first consult with my family, then go see Quillin if necessary. His diagnosis is always what my family's diagnosis is. He is not an alarmist. He will explain things in an understandable manner and will answer all your questions....and then some. When my son was born, he went to visit us at the hospital and stayed for a long time. He eventually left because "his wife would be upset because it's so late".
I love Dr. Qullin. He has been our pediatrician for years now. He really cares for the kids and doesn't try to rush in and out of the office. He is a good doctor and we trust him.
I disagree with all the other ratings. This doctor is NOT good with kids with 'issues'. He has even stated that he is not qualified to deal with 'problems' bigger than a typical sick child. To me, this is NOT what a Pedi is all about. Sure, he's nice and easy-going but after 3 mis-diagnosed issues, nice doesn't cut it!
My teen son sees Dr. Quillin. In my son's own words, "He's cool." Dr. Quillin is an extremely nice and funny man. I feel very comfortable with him as my son's doctor. I would highly recommend him as you or your children's doctor.
Dr. Quillin is fabulous! He's been our pediatrician since he began practicing in the Clear Lake Area. We followed him when he opened his own practice. He is thorough, kind, and understanding. Our children love him and we recommend him to everyone!
WONDERFUL! Goes above and beyond anything expected. Great staff and a great person!
