He has been our Dr for far too long. I should have found a new pedi years ago. With my third child (age 2) he tried to make me feel l like I was worrying for nothing over excessive urination. By the time my son was in the and third grade he was getting in trouble for going to potty too much. Took him to Dr who said he had some blood in his urine but that was typical for a growing boy. By the 7th grade my son would get knots in his stomach and had lost weight, and still excessive urination. Dr said the same thing as he did be... read more
We are so thankful for Dr. Quillin! He meets us where we're at--a good halfway point between my holistic bend & my husband's conventional medicine preference. He puts us--and my kids--at ease. We trust him whole-heartedly and recommend him to everyone.
This Pediatrician stated that he does not treat "patients with issues", as in Special Needs. If you have such a child, I suggest you go elsewhere. He was NOT helpful when my twins were born, one having SN's and we did not know prior to birth. It wasn't until my kids were 4 months old that Dr. Quillin suggested I find a different pediatrician, in not a nice way. I just cannot recommend a child who cares for children, but only sick children?
My son had a fever off and on for one month. Dr.Quillen was his pediatrician for 10 years. 3 visits to him, 2 visits to urgent care at his suggestion, finally went to Texas Children's, my son had pneumonia. Was sick for 6 weeks. Repratedly asked gor chest x ray cause of his cough. But Dr.Quillen said "his lungs are clear.' Will NEVER go or recommend him to anyone.
We have used Dr. Quillin for the last 14 years and he has treated all three of our children. In that time Dr. Quillin has been consistent in his care, his beliefs and his enthusiasm for what he does.He continues to be knowledgable about the latest medical information but balances it well with experience. He is always kind, gentle, truthful and thorough. I never feel rushed and he always answers any questions we may have. What I love about him the most is his heart for children. I have reccommended him to friends who have als... read more
Dr. Quillin is a nice, caring doctor that was recommended to me while I was pregnant. My son is now 3 and we are still using Dr. Quillin and will continue to do so! He is really personable and great with kids. He also has an awesome PA on staff if he is ever unavailable. Overall, the office has been wonderful.
Great with the kids! Very pro-active approach. So thankful we found Dr. Quillin!
We have used Dr. Quillin for eight years now and we love him. A couple of my friends take their children to him now as well.I have three daughters and I take my eight teen year old to him as well. His staff has been very helpful and has always called me back when I have questions.
We are new patients of Dr. Quilling and has visited him only once... but he made very good impresion on me and my son. He spent lots of time with us, explained everything and answered all my question. He is the reall oposite of our previous pediatrician. He is excellent and I highly recommend him!!!
