felt judged when I went in for an std test after repeatedly asking me why I wanted the test (it shouldnt matter in the first place), told him I'd slept with an ex in the past he respond "yeah you shouldn't do that" I came in to have my blood tested, not for his relationship advice he also made it seem like I should only worry about getting tested if I felt like I was showing signs of an std, which is really bad advice because a lot of them can lie dormant in your body unprofessional
Dr. Lee is an excellent doctor. He did various test, then sent me to a lab for blood test, Later asked me to come in again to confirm the test, He is analytical and not the typical "5 minute" kind of doctor. Today I've recommended him to a friend and would do so again in the future. I'm happy to have found him!

My daughter started going to Dr. Smarth 2 years ago at age 16. She loves her! Very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.
Dr Hetzel is thorough in his examinations and takes the time to explain medical issues in layperson's terms. Had a great bedside manner.
I would give her 6 stars if possible.
Dr. Smarth is caring and intelligent. I would give a higher rating if it were not for the the administration used by this practice. Calls to the front desk have never been answered in less that 12 min (15 or, more is avg.), waits if the waiting room are usually at least 45 min. beyond the scheduled time and trying to get requests to the doctor have to be relayed through the front desk, via email, which is not shared with you. More than once the person out front did not get it right the 1st time.
He always takes the time to talk and answer all the questions I have.
I feel like he informed me about my condition but did not offer any treatment other than an xray. My condition is ongoing but the Doctor does not see it as chronic. I need a physician that sees the whole picture and can give me relief with meds or follow up care.
