I went in for a UTI and received an intervention about my weight. She is not my primary care doctor. She also brushed off my mental health concerns, said I didn't want to be "fat and sad" and suggested "a near starvation diet".
Carole Smarth has been our family doctor for almost 15 years. She has amazing patience and is very holistic in her approach to working with each and everyone of us and our specific health and emotional needs. I highly recommend her ! I'd give her 10 stars if possible.
My Mother has been a patient of Dr Hetzel's since 2017 and likes him a lot. He is also my family physician. We are 104+ & 78+. His office staff and clinical staff are pleasnt and efficient. We like the practice very much.
I have been seeing Dr. Donald Lee for a little over a year now - my younger brother saw him before I did when he lived down in VA for 2 years. My mom, a CRNA of 25+ years, recommended I see Dr. Lee as my doctor after doing a great job with my brother. Dr Hetzel is not only a very good doctor he is more like a good friend as well. His general manner and politeness towards you gives you lots of confidence in what he is discussing with you and he has been a wonderful inspiration not only to me but all the family as well. Thank you Sir.

My initial visit went very well. She explained things well. She was relatable, and I didn’t feel rushed.
My family and I have used Dr Hetzel for years. He is an excellent doctor. He always spends the time necessary to take care of our health issues and explains everything fully.
Have had this doctor for 15 years. From embarrassing issues to common ones. Not once did I feel awkward or judged. I was explained in detail what issues I was having and treatments or he reffered me to a specialist who could treat me further if it was beyond his knowledge. Great doctor and a great practice.
