This man has by far the worst badside manner I've ever seen. As I am crying and attempting to ask questions about my 12 year olds surgery, he laughed in my face and said I'm the elite here I'm the surgeon not you. And then told my husband we don't have enough money to be questioning someone of his status. We cancelled out all further care and found a new surgeon immediAtly.
