I absolutely love Julie Purisma (NP) I have been being seen by her since almost 12 weeks pregnant. She has made my experience more than joyful! Every time I come in for an appointment, I leave happier than what I came in. She has gotten to know me on a personal level and always takes the time to ask how I'm doing. I have been going to James River for 13+ years and could never imagine going anywhere else. Dr. Moore is truly one of the best doctors I have ever had. He takes his time with his patients, he is kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. He has delivered my children, helped me with medical problems, and has even been my surgeon. The entire staff at James River are all top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
