Dr Schramm takes care of me as no other physician does . He is personally involved and always thinking of my case . He calls me to follow up . I feel cared for by a very intelligent, very caring MD that I know gives me the best care possible . I would recommend him 100% And his office functions better than any other office I attend.
Dr Schramm is very knowledgeable and spends time explaining your treatment a length and addresses any concerns in a timely manner. His staff is very nice.

The doctor's office has extremely unprofessional associates. A claim was filed using the incorrect account policy number. They informed us 6 months after the fact. We were threatened with the account going to collection if not paid by the patient. Called the insurance company who informed us that the doctor should resubmit with correct number. Called Elvy who was quite rude and does not want to go through the trouble of accommodating her patient. Rude is an understatement.

I completely agree with the previous reviews regarding the disrespectful office manager. She is rude, dismissive and unhelpful. We have four children and go to many doctors and this office manager is by far the most unprofessional in the state of FL. There are other qualified allergists that we will now go to so we do not have to cross paths with the office manager and grouchy staff.
Dr Schramm is very knowledgeable and his staff is great.
Will never go back due to the rude and insulting Office Manager. She is incompetent and should not be allowed to face the general public. I'm hoping the Dr. Schramm will address her rudeness and incompetence. We will never go back and will tell our friends to never go to that office due to the Office Manager. We will gladly give our money to his competition down the street. Sorry Doc, your office Manager is terrible and should be replaced before you lose even more business! Unsatisfied!
