Extremely knowledgeable and Patient. Goes the Extra Mile to Explain the Diagnosis and Treatment Plan. Highly Recommend. Office Staff Very Cordial, Friendly and Efficient as well.
Asks question and does not wait for answer before asking next question. Office is unfriendly.
Dr was respectful and a good listener. Explained things clearly.
Be very cautious and double check with your insurance company whether they accept your insurance. They only care about $$$. Your health is secondary to their fee.
Office has no idea what they are doing. Will keep ordering additional tests just to bill you.
Scam company. Told me they confirmed bill with my insurance company will be $60 so I agreed to procedure then got slammed by a $500 bill for skin test. Insurance company claims they never even called them to check beforehand. Total scam.
Took my daughter to see Dr. Schramm for breathing issues she is having during intense sports. Unfortunately, if you are not vaccinated he will not be able to treat you. No problem, that is his right but they should have informed us when making the appointment. We paid $50 copay and now he will bill the insurance company. Again, no issue if you do not want to treat unvaccinated children, but let us know ahead of time so we don't have to waste money and time and can find an alternate doctor.
Really unimpressed to say the very least. I had a 915 appointment and was quickly ushered into a room. After an Hour of sitting there alone, I finally went out to ask what was taking so long, noting that I was the ONLY PATIENT IN THE ENTIRE OFFICE. No one had bothered to tell the Dr. I was even there. Once Dr. Schramm finally appeared he spent most of the time trying to sell me on some line of lotions...Take some samples....blah blah blah. I first saw Dr. Schramm about 9 months ago. He has helped me tremendously with my asthma and related condition. Thank you Dr. Schramm.
