The visit was in the fall of 2014. I could not lift my left arm above my shoulder. It looked like I was heiling Hitler whenever I lifted my arm. The shoulder pain was intolerable. Worse, it was no longer safe for me to participate in sports without a full functioning range of motion. I reluctantly opted for surgery. Dr. Nowinski is an excellent doctor and a very skilled surgeon. We found him to be humble and compassionate. We did not feel rushed during our visits. He took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a quality surgeon and a decent human being.
Dr. Nowinski did a fabulous job fixing my rotator cuff and bicep tear but his office staff is awful, constantly got the run around with appointment changes and canceled appointment after I had already taken off work, it was constant chaos.

Dr. Nowinski replaced my left shoulder in October 2016 and my right in January 2017. I have had such wonderful results and a quick recovery. All the staff and nurses were very friendly and professional. Wish I had had the procedure done a long time ago. Thanks for no pain and quality of life again!
Dr. Nowinski performed surgery for torn rotator cuffs & bicep tendon tears on both shoulders on me , one in 2009 & other in 2010 with excellent results both times. I've referred him to several friends who've experienced the same excellent results. Hlis bedside manner & staff are equally wonderful. You can put your trust in him. He is the BEST!!!
after getting authorization from bwc for initial exam / consultation, I hadn't heard anything for approximately 3 weeks. I questioned that fact with my physician of record when I went there for treatment. while I was getting treatment, one of the staff contacted Dr. Nowinski's office and inquired about the situation and they were told that Dr. Nowinski's office had tried to reach out to me to get scheduled. (NOT TRUE ! ) when I got home from work that day I had a message from their office.
He was very considerate and companionate dr. He was confident in his abilities to fix my shoulder and proved it as well, I'm very happy with my results
