This Doctor really helped me out for a couple years his office is very professional he's very compassionate I highly recommend him
Absolutely the worst office policies. They never answer the phone, and you are lucky if you get a call back. This includes calls from insurance and other doctors. Along with that, they canceled my injection surgery 3 hours prior stating that my insurance didn't approve the procedure. I had taken the day off of work. Had to back out of a trip for work due to the surgery date. Had my wife take off from work because I had to have someone drive me home after the procedure, which is normal but my wife is also out time from work d... read more
SUPER guy and a fine doctor as well - took him awhile to finally ask "Why is Kevin so "happy""??? Here is the pic I sent the "old" aka my Dad the guy who fears things not wrong with by brain. I sent him this pic of the view from our tiny N Dallas Condo, prob valued at $205-$210. And when I sit out there with my dog "the Dude", there are no issues when I strumming my guitar just sitting with my little buddy doesn't complain about my singing. Dr. Nocerini really cares about his patients. You certainly don't feel like just "another" patient. In addition, his staff is extremely helpful when scheduling appointments and procedures. Highly recommend this clinic!
I would NOT recommend this practice if you have a choice. At my first and only appointment Dr Nocerini asked what was wrong. I began telling him I found out I had a curved neck. His response was that “everyone had a curved neck” so I felt like I was needing to defend myself from the get go instead of being heard. I was willing to let it go. However after my second appointment was canceled I called and they said they couldn’t get it authorized with my insurance. It’s through the VA.
