Dr. Zoellner's on Harvard I have had enough of these people. They DO treat you like a number and not a person. They are uncaring, rude and hateful.... esp the girl named Jodi who works in contacts. I complained to the manager Tiffany Allen, and I never got a promised call back. After reading the other comments, I doubt the owner will do anything about it. I care about my eyes.... so I'm going somewhere ELSE!
Optometrist I used to go to the 71st location of Dr. Z and was very pleased with them. After I moved to a different part of town, I started going to the 31st location and was STUNNED by the difference. The staff is unfriendly, rude at times, and do not listen. I have never received a pair of glasses made there that was correct, nor can they fix their own mistakes. I hope this is not tulsa's best I think Dr. Z is over rated i have returned 3 times and everytime i return they can not find my records i have e-mailed Dr. Zoellner and i can't get a response from him . so if this is tulsa's best this town is in trouble PROS: CONS: will not return your e-mail
Robert H Zoellner & Assoc is GREAT Great doctors, great staff, great service and also great prices. I received fast, friendly service, with a large selection of frames to choose from. Order was delivered when promise with no problems. TH
Robert H Zoellner & Assoc is the BEST eye care in TULSA I think Dr. Z's is a great business establishment.Great service from doctors to front desk people- I was In and out with a pair of glasses that would have cost me twice as much anywhere else. I think they are good- check them out if you need to save some money and want a good selection of frames.
Horrible experience!!!! Worst experience ever!!!! After 3 months, I still do not have my glasses. The first pair of glasses I received were so poorly done that a prescription could not be found on the lenses. I was advised to pick a different frame and I requested a thinner lens. I had previously been told by the staff that the thinner lens was unavailable. They promptly took the additional money due for the thinner lens, but refused to give me a refund for the lower frame price and anti-glare lens paid for twice. I have tri... read more
great experience I came to Dr. Zoellner's for an eye exam and glasses. I was very impressed with Dr. Swift. The optical staff was very helpful with frame selection and lens options. I will definately be back.
just feel like a number The exams are not thorough. You feel like just a number, not a patient. The assistants are rude and inept. They've lost both mine and my daughters records. I have some major eye issues that they missed. I didn't find out about them or receive treatment until I went to a real eye doctor. They gave me a wrong Rx for contacts that made that condition worse. Please don't go here if you care about your eye health!
Robert H Zoellner & Assoc is THE BEST!!! I went to see Dr. Zoellner for an eye exam recently and had a wonderful experience! The staff that I was in contact with was amazing. They were very friendly and helpful with anything I had a question about...and believe me I had a bunch of questions! When it was all said and done I was shocked at what the price was! i was used to paying double for and exam, contacts, and glasses! I would recommend this place for anyone!
