I would give 0 stars if I could. My sons glasses broke in October, we took them in to get the warranty replacment since he had only had them a couple of weeks. It took over 2 months for us to get the new glasses. Even with calling weekly for updates. they did not even order the new glasses until the end of Nov. We pulled our scrips and will not go back.

If you have small children do NOT use this place. My CHILD lost his glasses that he has only had for a couple weeks. There warranty does not cover lost/stolen glasses. It only covers if they are broke, but you have to make sure you have all the pieces or that will void your warranty. Also, they advertise that you can get your glasses in a hour bc their lab in onsite. My other child has been waiting 3 WEEKS for his glasses which are flagged to be in mid next week. (So almost a MONTH).

Have glasses that are totally worthless?? Had an exam and picked up glasses the next day. Brought them back that afternoon because I can not see with them. Everything is blurry and out of focus. At first they could not find me in there system and asked if I had an exam somewhere else. I was there less than 24 hours before. Then they said prescription is fine we will have to send glasses that I have already paid for somewhere and will contact you in a few weeks. 5 weeks later I called and they said oh yeah your glasses are he... read more

They were very nice. I picked out a pair of frames approved by SoonerCare. They were single vision with bifocals (not designer, name brand frames). When they got stolen, I went to see how much it would cost to replace them. Nearly $500!!!!! I learned I could have went somewhere else for much less. I have Medicare Medicaid by the way.

This was my first experience with an eye doctor. My vision has been mostly good, but I noticed a few items that were concerning enough for me to schedule an eye exam. I went with Dr. Zoellner’s office due to them being open and available on Sunday. When I scheduled the appointment, I answered the question that I would be utilizing insurance. knowledgeable Ophthalmologist I like that they set up the appointment promptly to meet my own personal needs especially the time I can come in. They have the new equipment. Very clean environment. You can trust on their quality for the glasses that will help your sight a lot more better. They also have friendly and knowledgeable ophthalmologists that understand your needs of glasses. PROS: wide selection of eyewares CONS:

mattj ordered saftey glasses on 11-09-2012 at this location. todays date is 12-11-2012 and I still have no saftey glasses!! first they said they could not get the glasses I ordered so I had to drive the fifty plus miles back to pick out another pair of frames. was told they would put a rush on them and I should have them by friday. That was two weeks ago. they have already charged my insurance company and been paid for them. but no glasses. avoid this place at all cost they do not know anything about customer service.

Worst Eye Doctor in Tulsa they heard you though like cattle. My first pair of contacts were the wrong prescription. They gave me very bad headaches which caused me to throw up in the car on my way to a business meeting (which I had to mess). I had to go back and get a 2nd prescription (saw a different doctor this time.) Those contacts where fine until I ran out and had to get a temporary pair until I ordered some.
