If you have small children do NOT use this place. My CHILD lost his glasses that he has only had for a couple weeks. There warranty does not cover lost/stolen glasses. It only covers if they are broke, but you have to make sure you have all the pieces or that will void your warranty. Also, they advertise that you can get your glasses in a hour bc their lab in onsite. My other child has been waiting 3 WEEKS for his glasses which are flagged to be in mid next week. (So almost a MONTH).
This was my first experience with an eye doctor. My vision has been mostly good, but I noticed a few items that were concerning enough for me to schedule an eye exam. I went with Dr. Zoellner’s office due to them being open and available on Sunday. When I scheduled the appointment, I answered the question that I would be utilizing insurance.
