This is a scam.. they are not up to date on eye visions exams. They practice near side and far side. It’s a great place to get cheap service but if you have stigmatism in either eye, they are not resourceful enough to handle the care. but if you need bifocal glasses. Great place.
I've been coming here for years and it's always awesome! The staff is awesome, the selection is awesome, the Drs are awesome and it's just an awesome experience! Just learned that they can even order glasses if they don't have them in stock and they even offered too order the small and large size at no extra charge so I get the best possible fit! Y'all are amazing and I'm so grateful for such an awesome optometrist!
Unfortunately, the customer service we experienced the last time we were in was extremely disappointing. Three times I have called regarding the status of a prescription pair of sunglasses as it’s been over a month since the order only to be told each time the “optical manager will call you back” or “she is not in.” Very frustrated with the level of communication and service.
Went today to get glasses and contact prescriptions. The tech was super nice and asked if i wanted to get contacts as well ( I marked it on the paper they gave me too ) And when the doctor came in the room he asked me if i wanted glasses and contacts and I said yes to both. When it came to checking out I left but realized I didn’t get my contacts prescription. January 2023: No issues. January 2024: Eye exam went well. I was asked after the exam if I would be getting glasses today in which I replied yes. Sat in the waiting area for almost an hour watching people purchase glasses that came in way after I did. I went to the desk and asked them what the deal was. Ooops, forgot to put me in their optician queue. Received my glasses in about a week. No issue there but by May 2024 the anti-reflective coating was so scratched up I couldn’t see through them.
