I hate dealing with new doctors (and people). If I don't have a good feeling about them after the first few minutes, I'll just not deal with them again. He told me I was beyond help after I waited an HOUR past my scheduled app. Do yourself a favor and avoid this jerk at all costs.
I am writing this on behalf of my younger brother who has been suffering with mental health issues over this past year and has unfortunately ended up with this highly unprofessional and incompetent "doctor". I was with my brother when he had a telehealth appointment and listened in on the conversation. My experience with Dr Howland was very humiliating. He had me on so much Neurontin that I could barely make it out of bed. Then he criticized me to the point of tears when I couldn't make it to my appointments. He is just that manipulative. I'm embarrassed to admit that I even let a man treat me like this, and I'm supposed to be a man myself. They say he's not a game player, and this explains why he's so straightforward.
