My appointment was ahead of time.i hadto wait for my wife to pick me up.The only pain I felt was when the needle went in. That was wonderful.
The staff there does an outstanding job, both professionally and personally. I'm told what needs to be taken care of set up to accomplish that.
Dr. Dakin and all of his staff are very friendly and helpful. The email and text messages are also helpful in reminding me of an upcoming appointment.

I am always greeted by name when I come in for my appointment. Everyone is very friendly, they ask about family members, and I leave in a better mood than when I came. I have been afraid of dentists since I was a child, but the warm atmosphere at Dr.Dakin's office does a lot to put me at ease.
