I've been a client at Lake Murray Optometric for over 25 years. Each and every time I come in for my annual eye exam and consultation I feel welcomed and appreciated. Every staff member greets you with a warm hello and smile. My previous Dr. left to another facility so I had the services performed by Dr. Rachel Inlow and she was nothing short of amazing. she was very detailed and conveyed the information in an easy to understand language. Brought my girlfriend here as a walk-in because she had something in her eye that was really bothering her. They were understaffed that day, but still managed to see her within a couple hours. We live close so went home and came back. The doctor was super nice, professional and obviously knew what she was doing. The rest of the staff were also very nice. In the end the doctor found a tiny BUG in her eye and removed it, did a great job of cleaning out any other debris and had one happy patient!
Great doctor. Very attentive and always does a thorough exam. His staff is friendly and helpful. Good options for glasses, if you need them. I like all the text reminders. Great option!
By far the best optometrist office I've used. The staff is so lovely and makes sure to explain what they are doing at every step so I feel involved in the process and comfortable. I know i will always have all my questions answered, and i never feel rushed. Thank you guys so much for taking care of me these last couple years :)
