Didn't know anything about the Gentle Molding System until we were referred to Dr. Rob. No words can describe the difference it's made in my daughter's day to day life! We are so grateful we found him!
I have been wearing glasses since the age of 2. This by far was the best professional eye exam I've ever had. Dr. Gerowitz is very experienced; he is very thorough and informative. I came away understanding exactly why my eyes work the way they work and why my prescription will help me see perfectly clear. Speaking of clear, I'd say to stay CLEAR of bargain basement eye care franchises and let a real professional be your eye doctor.
Rob is one of the most innovative outside the box thinking optometrist I've ever met. I love sharing ideas to improve patient's lives with him!!
Awesome experience the staff there is very nice. I have a very rare condition called Keratoconus and have struggled with this diseases for a long time going to different doctors. Dr Rob really did an awesome job fitting my contacts. Note these are not your typical soft contact lens. Previous attempts to get contacts had left me in pain unable to tolerate wearing them. I'm proud to say Dr. Rob gave me great vision and has changed my life.
Horrible customer service and he forced my husband to get additional tests. What was really sad is that he refused to give my husband his prescription. Our insurance covered the exam please explain why he came out of his office and started screaming that we are trying to steal from him. We came over to see if we could come to an agreement and get an exam for me but because he was so rude we went to Pearle vision of Schaumburg and found two beautiful pairs of glasses along with two pairs of sun glasses. I've been going to SEE dr rob for about two years and I have to say he give the most the thorough eye exam I have ever had, he is very passionate about what he does and I highly recommend you go SEE him for your next optometrist visit. You won't be disappointed.
