If I could give negative stars I would. Made an emergency appointment for pink eye. They fit me in same day but later than I wanted. At the time of booking I said if I come at that time I will have to bring both of my children. They said “okay”. I show up at 4:30pm for my appointment and am told i need to wait 30 minutes to be seen. Upon walking in, they tell me my children need to wait alone (looked over by front desk staff whom I do not know) while i am seen in a different room. It is not always a simple thing to meet every patient's needs; especially in a COVID-world. Try as we might, we always attempt to meet patient's expectations as regards being seen immediately. Dr. Gerowitz changes my life!! I've suffered from a cornea disease for most of my life. I've had transplants and worn special lenses. No one has been able to fine tune my vision as accurately as Dr. Rob. He is patient and incredibly intelligent when explaining the process to me. For the first time in many years, not only can I see better than ever, but my eyes are comfortable and Happy! Thank you!
My daughter has been on the GSS program for a couple of years now and has had great results with not having to wear glasses or contacts during the daytime or during her activities. The office staff is fantastic and are always very helpful and personable. There was a period in time where there appeared to be a problem with the design of the contacts and Dr. Gerowitz tried multiple ways to help to correct the situation in order to make sure she was still getting great results.
When I first found out mydaughter had near sight, I was a little bit shocked. I looked around for options I have. A friend referred us to Dr Gerowitz. In our first visit we spended over an hour to go through every details. Then Dr Gerowitz caefully examine and measure her eyes. Within 1 week of treatment, my daughter can see beyond 20/20. The office staff is so friendly and helpful. Can't say enough about those ladies. Dr. Rob is great at what he does and my vision would be much worse if he didn't take such great care of my eyes. He helped get me to the right specialist for my condition and I'm very grateful.
