Dr. Starr is the absolute pinnacle of what to expect when it comes to an opthalmologist. He was able to fit me into his schedule on short notice and was very thorough and reassuring during his exam in addition to maintaining his humorous personality. Once we were completed, he went out of his way to refer me to a specialist and have me seen the very next day which I did not know was possible. Dr Robert Starr is the Best Ophthalmologist! He came in special just before New Years to save my eye. It's not easy to find such a great doctor and a great person! He is extremely knowledgeable and he made me feel really comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Starr and will tell all my friends and family to go see him.

Very personable and kind doctor
Dr. Starr was very thorough with his eye exams, ensuring that I understood the issues I had with my eyes. He put me on an effective treatment plan for dry eyes and it has been working really well. His work clerk, Cindy is also awfully kind and very sweet.
