Dr Starr and his staff are the best! Would highly recommend them! He preformed my LASIK surgery and I can’t be happier. His surgical center is state of the art and what a blessing to wake up the next morning being able to see without glasses! Thank you Dr Starr and Cyndie you’re the best.

I chose Dr. Starr after researching providers who accepted my insurance and scheduled an appointment to have a small eyelid lesion evaluated. Before my visit, I provided my insurance information and was told to bring $180–$425 in cash or check, despite having a $50 specialist copay. I was also informed of a mandatory refraction fee. Dr. Starr and his entire office were outstanding to work with. I recently brought two of my fighters in to see him and the experience from scheduling through the actual appointments was seamless.
