Dr. Starr is the best ophthalmologist and is extremely caring! What a great eye exam and he really spends time with his patients! Dr. Starr is so thorough and is a talented surgeon. I have never been to a doctor with such a clean office and I actually enjoyed my visit. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Starr.
