I'm 72 years old and just had my very first eye exam with Dr. Starr. I delayed getting an exam for years because I'm very nervous about medical procedures in general. Dr. Starr was very pleasant, and made me feel at ease right away. He took time to explain what he was doing and why, and the tests weren't nearly as bad as I had imagined. He was very thorough and listened to all of my concerns. He and his staff made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. I would recommend Dr. Starr to anyone looking for an excellent, professional and friendly eye doctor.
