He does not provide complete prescriptions (I needed reading, computer, and distance). He provided a blurred distance prescription. I went to an ophthalmologist because of severe dry eyes and focus problems. He told me to use Costco eye drops. Plus, he collects a cash only service fee, no receipt, on top of insurance and copay. GO ELSEWHERE!

I'm 72 years old and just had my very first eye exam with Dr. Starr. I delayed getting an exam for years because I'm very nervous about medical procedures in general. Dr. Starr was very pleasant, and made me feel at ease right away. He took time to explain what he was doing and why, and the tests weren't nearly as bad as I had imagined.
