Here is what one of Dr. Finn's own colleagues wrote about him: "Runs late, doesn't return emails/phone calls, scattered, rude, and just generally unprofessional w/patients and family members alike. Doesn't seem to grasp that he is in a helping/medical profession and voluntarily chose a profession where he must work with individuals at their most vulnerable. One of the tricky things about needing medical care is that it can be hard to find someone who listens to and respects what you're saying about what's going on with your health.
