Here is what one of Dr. Finn's own colleagues wrote about him: "Runs late, doesn't return emails/phone calls, scattered, rude, and just generally unprofessional w/patients and family members alike. Doesn't seem to grasp that he is in a helping/medical profession and voluntarily chose a profession where he must work with individuals at their most vulnerable.
