My 5 year old broke his femur at the knee and was set up with an appointment here to put a cast on 2 days later... So, I drive the hour from my house to this appointment to find out there was no appointment. Finally got an appointment, a cast, and an appointment with a specialist 3 hours away, and a promise they were sending a pediatric walker to my house... A month later, still no appointment... Still no walker... Really? I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE
My husband first went to Dr. Duarte in December 2016 and had emergency knee revision after infection. Original knee was previously placed by another physician. Dr Duarte and his staff were caring, professional and he had the best care possible. My husband has had another knee revision done by Dr. Duarte and we know and understand that Dr Duarte has done his best for my husband. Great doctor!
