I've been seeing Dr. Birch and his assistant Victoria for almost 2 months now for a newly developed hip problem. From the start, the experience has been top notch. I called dozens of orthopaedic dr offices to get my first appointment scheduled (back in May 2026), and OIH were able to see me within a couple of days from my call unlike some others that had months-long wait time! Dr. Hoer did 3 surgeries on me for shoulders and 1 knee. He retired last year. When to see Dr. Robert Birch.. YES, he's young...but knows his field inside out!! I fell last week. The pain has been getting worse each day. I saw Dr. Birch today... nothing broken. They are sprained and a lot of swelling. The xrays I got to see confirmed that. I got 2 cortisone shots, 1 in each knee. After about 2 hours my knees started felling so much better. I still have brusing but it's nothing more than aggravated sprains. This office is the nicest office I have been in and the atmosphere makes you feel so calm! The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful and Dr. Birch and his assistant are wonderful. Can't say enough good stuff about this place and the people running the show... If you truly want to feel cared about and received with such warmth.I highly recommend doctor birch and this whole office staff

The office workers are very good at what they do. Everyone always has a smile and a very professional attitude. Victoria, is absolutely wonderful to work with She is on her toes and always and make sure everything is done correctly. Dr. Birch is a very good listener. I had a hip replacement two years ago from another doctor and now my hip keeps popping out of socket. I'm confident in Dr. Birch solving this problem.
