Dr El Hajj is a brilliant and caring physician. She has always given me the time I need and listened intently to my concerns. Her credentials are impressive. I drive 1 1/2 hours to see her for my annual checkup. I have no idea why anyone would give her a negative review. As a retired RN I am very selective of the providers I see. I highly recommend her.
The main issue I encountered was the lack of assistance and unprofessional behavior from the employees when I called the office. On multiple occasions, after waiting patiently on hold for what felt like an eternity, I was abruptly hung up on without any explanation or resolution to my query. I called for an initial appointment and spoke with Donna the receptionist who was extremely rude and did not want to do her job. I asked to schedule and appointment and she yelled on the phone to rush me multiple times. This would have been my first visit and I would not step foot in a place with such disgusting practices.
She's a very good doctor!! Knows what's doing and is very nice.UNFORTUNATELY the frontdesk/ppl that answers the phone is not very caring or attentive and is condescending..I'll say this after having this actitud from them on more than two occasions, it is a shame that in a main line office you encounter this kind of costumer service.I'll stay for now because my Dr is excellent.
I found Dr. El-Hajj to be personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I feel comfortable in her care.
