Great place, very nice people always willing to help in any way ! I'm very pleased. This Doctor treats on many different subjects and levels ! He is quite knowledgeable about medicine and has a pleasant way about him, very calm and welcoming! This office does not disappoint! Just my opinion ! They are efficient and kind! My kinda doctor office! !
If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr. Fala and his office may be the worst doctor I have ever gone to. I had several appointments rescheduled and then when I came back in to see him I saw his Nurse Practitioner. I explained the issues I was having and she barely listened to what I said. I have had to call this office repeatedly to get simple answers to things and good luck getting them to call you back. I'd highly recommend going to a doctor and a staff who actually care about their patients. You won't get that here.
Dr. Fala is always very thorough, concerned, and has a very pleasant personality. He was my moms Primary care physician for the last 10 years of her life, and she absolutely loved him. Also PCP for my younger brother so he is kind of our family Dr.
I'm very disappointed that I've been a patient for 3 years, today I was told to pay my balance, or I won't be seen today. I had neck surgery 3 weeks ago and am on medical leave, so I have no income. I've refered at least 6 patients to Dr. Fala, along with my 2 daughters and extended family members. Thanks for your services. I feel this was completely unethical, and am left 2 days before Thanksgiving looking for a new provider.
My mom has been going to Fala Medical Clinic for some time now, and we’ve had a great experience. Dr. Fala is very kind, professional, and easy to work with. He takes the time to listen and genuinely cares about his patients. The staff is also friendly and helpful, which makes the whole visit smooth and comfortable. We really appreciate the care and attention my mom receives here—highly recommend this clinic!
