If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr. Fala and his office may be the worst doctor I have ever gone to. I had several appointments rescheduled and then when I came back in to see him I saw his Nurse Practitioner. I explained the issues I was having and she barely listened to what I said. I have had to call this office repeatedly to get simple answers to things and good luck getting them to call you back. I'd highly recommend going to a doctor and a staff who actually care about their patients. You won't get that here.
I haven’t had a good experience with my past PCP and was hesitant to go to my appt. The office staff was very friendly right from the start. I was also so appreciative of the timeliness of Dr Fala and his genuine concern. Not only did he take time to listen, he seemed to be focused on addressing all of my issues. Im so thankful to find someone like this on this crazy world.
I'm very disappointed that I've been a patient for 3 years, today I was told to pay my balance, or I won't be seen today. I had neck surgery 3 weeks ago and am on medical leave, so I have no income. I've refered at least 6 patients to Dr. Fala, along with my 2 daughters and extended family members. Thanks for your services. I feel this was completely unethical, and am left 2 days before Thanksgiving looking for a new provider.
Dr. Fala is always very thorough, concerned, and has a very pleasant personality. He was my moms Primary care physician for the last 10 years of her life, and she absolutely loved him. Also PCP for my younger brother so he is kind of our family Dr.
Been with Dr Fala for over 15 years. I don't have to wait months for an appointment, staff is outstanding, wait times are short. Overall a positive experience each and every time. Thank you all for being awesome.
