My experience with Dr. Hundal was extremely negative, so much so, that I filed a formal complaint against him with the Division of Professional Regulation, and I would NEVER RECOMMEND him to anyone!I would like to give him a rating of 0, however 1 is the lowest score I could provide.I would provide a score of 0 in the following areas: How well provider listens and answers questions and Level of trust in provider's decisions.
He needs new office staff - Especially one who answers the phones and confirms appointments. She hung up on me after asking for her name, nasty when speaking with her. She needs to be fired immediately. Dr. Hundal is very kind, but office staff need a class on customer service, something they lack!!!!!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Hundal's for years. He is very analytical and pragmatic in his style which I appreciate for treatment of my thyroid disease. All of his Nurse Practitioners have been very thorough and compassionate. In previous years there were alot of issues with the office staff but from my perspective with the advent of the patient portal and use of email, communication has greatly improved. Doctors to me are very good the problem is unprofessional staff, very rude and hanging up the phone tells you to pick up and go to another practice if you doesn’t like it I have requested to talk to office manager but not luck. I guess they don’t care about their bad reviews
I've been waiting for my medication to be sent to Pharmacy for 2 months now. The staff are rude aren't there not following up with anything. I had to call every other day for them to follow up for my medication to be sent and nobody cares
His clerical staff does NOT feel they should return patient voicemails and emails in a timely manner!
Terrible doctor, I’ve been seeing him over 3 yrs and still no help to whatsoever or really even listens or explains things in detail like he should. Also it’s been hard to find a new endocrinologist in the area. I hope I can find a new one soon to replace him.
Dropped me from regular appointments after regular care, couldn't get anyone on the phone. Finally scheduled visit 3 months past normal time for checkup. Their scripts for visits and labs are unintelligible and the office staff is horrible. It seems hard to find an endocrinologist in this area so I'll have to stick with this doctor
After reading other reviews I see my wife is not the only one with problems with this office can't get them on phone and when you do they lie to you about what they are doing benn trying for almost 4 weeks to get test strips ordered right they say the sent paperwork to pharmacy but pharmacy said they have not heard from them since January totally out of test strips and had to call primary Dr for help I guess the only thing that would help unfortunately if someone dies from their lack of caring and they sue them luckily found... read more
