Great doctor. Explained everything and he cares about the patient. My big toe nail removal was expensive b/c my insurance didn't cover much but was worth it he did a great job and didn't have any problems with my big toe nails again. Dr Roach was a good doctor and will be missed R.I.P.
It was a waste of time and money. Very frustrating visit. He wasn’t professional and I found him to be incompetent. He did nothing for me but charted this big long exam and history which he didn’t do. Can’t believe I paid money for that visit.
Do yourself a favor, if you like your feet, don't go here. I'll be lucky if I don't lose a toe due to the incompetence of this staff and office.
A great doctor. Very professional and knowledgeable. Staff is so nice. Office is clean. I have been seeing Dr. Roach as a patient for about 2 years for different foot problems. He also sees my mother for diabetic footcare.
Dr. Roach's office visit was a very expensive waste of my time and my money. Other than having x-rays taken of my feet, he performed no examination on my feet. He walked into the exam room and right off told me that I was wearing the wrong shoes. I had just heard him (through the thin walls) tell another patient the same thing. No instruction on what specifically to get, sizing, etc. I have since found myself questioning his education and professionalism. I won't be back.
