DR GEBHART WAS MY DR FOR 12 YEARS. I LEFT BECAUSE OF HIS STAFF AND NOW SEE ANOTHER DR. I HAD A LOT OF CONFIDENCE IN HIM AND ZERO CONFIDENCE IN HIS NASTY STAFF. ESPECIALLY SOME OLD WOMEN HE HIRED TO HARRASS YOU FOR MONEY EVEN WHEN THE INSURANCE COMPANY JUST HADNT SETTLED YET. I ALWAYS PAID MY BILLS WHEN I WAS SUPPOSED TO PAY BUT SHE WOULD ALWAYS SAY "YOU OWE US MONEY" I PAID THE BITCH ONE TIME AND THEN THEY HAD TO REIMBURSE ME AFTER THE INSURANCE COMPANY PAID THEM TOO. I recently had kidney cancer surgery. Dr. Zaki treated me with compassion and kindness. Before the surgery he explained all the scenarios of my surgery - what would happen if he had to remove the entire kidney or partial kidney - if he could do it robotically or open me up in the back - how long I'd be in the hospital and my recovery time based on one of the scenarios. He was very honest and up front with everything. Listened to my questions and genuinely cared. I would highly recommend Dr. Zaki to anyone.
Waited for 1 hour and 20 min. this time, last time it was 1 hour and 30 min.
Dr. Zaki provided me with the information necessary to make my decision, answered all of my questions and concerns. He is a friendly patient centered professional with a staff that reflects these qualities.My helthcare experience was outstanding, I would highly recommend Dr. Zaki
Dr. Gephardt is one of a kind. He's a brilliant physician and easy to talk to. Im a heart patient. Ive searched for someone like him for over three years. Thanks to him and his care, Im alive today. I couldn't recommend him any other way. He's a 10 in my book.
I travel over 45 mins to see him. I wish he could be my family doc. Always has time for my questions.
Never a problem getting in, if my appointment is 9:15 it is never more than 2minutes. He explains everything until he's sure you understand what he said
Hands down the BEST doctor in the world!!! I am the annoying paranoid patient that most doctors hate, however, Dr. Dale was super kind and caring. He always promptly answered my text messages ; even the ones I sent at 5 am. I never thought that my delivery was going to go as smooth as it did. Believe it or not, I was laughing as I was pushing. Thanks Dr. Dale for being simply amazing :)
I have been a patient of Dr. Zaki's for 5 years now. I have had a number of urology related problems that he has treated from kidney to prostrate. Dr. Zaki has worked diligently to resolve each issue. My most recent was a TURP he performed in September of 2015. He has always explained what he is going to do during the procedure and did not dismiss me before he felt it was best for me to go home. I have had numerous contacts with his nurses and office staff.
