While the doctor at this office is skilled and successfully treated my child, the overall experience with the office staff has been nothing short of a nightmare. The administrative team shows no empathy and consistently fails to communicate important information. Botched. Only cares about money
Dr. Ha repaired my eye after a traumatic bicycle accident. The reconstruction was AMAZING by way of restoring the eye and symmetry. His skill combines the unique combination of both an architect and artist. I could not have had a better surgeon. The staff was excellent. I have read a lot of bad reviews on Dr. Ha. I cannot say how different my experience was.The staff are lovely, all of them. They are welcoming and caring. They make you feel comfortable. My consultation with Dr. Ha was thorough. He explained his technique and what I could expect from the treatment. Dr ha was my surgeon a couple years ago. Since then I have had many issues that required me to drive out of state to see him post op. 2x I was turned away because they didn’t see anything wrong, until the 3rd time I insisted he looked and found my complaint was real. My surgery results are asymmetric and unsatisfactory. I’ve called multiple times to schedule a post op/revision appointment with him and the front desk always “takes my info” but never reaches out again. Will take my business elsewhere.
Very bad experience with Dr Ha for my 7 month old daughter. I was referred to Dr. Ha for possible issues with my baby’s head shape, he barley even touched her head, did not measure it, said there is no way to see anything without an X-ray and then let me wait almost two week to say the X-rays are I conclusive and we need to get CT scans. Dr. Ha is awesome as well as his office staff and team. If you are looking for a very skilled, knowledgeable surgeon .. you have found him. Had a double mastectomy w diep flap reconstruction and it was the best decision I could have made. Very happy w results. He does his best to inform and advise. I suggest you always be your own advocate, do your homework to ask knowledgeable questions on your procedures and post op. He will give you the guidance you need as well as respect your decisions. I got dermibrasion done on a scar and it looks amazing now. Thank you so much dr. Richard Ha you are the most outstanding plastic surgeon. Thank you so much again and I am so lucky to have a doctor as good as you. Thank you for fixing my scar and you are the most hard working and best dr ever.
Dr Ha is arrogant, condescending, uncaring, and speedy. He treats all questions as if they are a nuisance. He shows no empathy for his patient. He comes in designer everything, I would rather my plastic surgeon walk in with sweats on and be caring and want to answer questions, especially when dealing with a cancer patient. I found a plastic surgeon with incredible bedside manner and does better work than Ha, so all in all I’m glad he acted so poorly because ultimately we got a better plastic surgeon out of the deal.
