Dr. Richard Phelps, was the best physician I ever had, he was my physician for 26 years. He has retired and I cried like a baby, there will never be a Dr. Like him, I miss him so much, if I ever hear he is practicing somewhere I will be there. Hope he is enjoying his retirement.
Dr Phelps is kind Dr. Very caring, giving down to Earth. He retired August 2015. This # address is no longer good. I miss you Dr Phelps
