I need a primary care physician release to have spinal fusion surgery I waited for for 5 months. My neurosurgeon died before my surgery and a new surgeon fit me into a cancellation on Feb 11. I was told I needed a release from Dr. Boerth so I called the next day and was told I could not be fit in until Feb 17. I told her that was too late and she said too bad, cancel your surgery date! I could rant for hours about how actually vile this man is. Dismissive ( literally said I thought this would be quick I have other things to do to my child who just had her first seizure ) and took my daughter off her antidepressants COLD TURKEY!!!!

All kidding aside. Dr Osimani has been great. He has made my transition into the “Heart Club” as easy as possible. He articulates the long term plan well so I know where things are going with my treatment.

I have interacted with her for 2 pregnancies. I was completely dismissed multiple times as being 'fine' and not emergent. The first time, I ended up being preeclampsic (diagnosed a week after seeing her in the ER for high bp, having had high BP for the entire week afterwards). The second time I was an incredibly high risk pregnancy, repeat hypertension, diabetic, and pregnant after several losses.
