I don't know why the negative reviews on here. The staff was very friendly. The Doctor was very friendly, even funny at times. He was thorough; asked good questions, listened well to mine. I've been to alot of doctors over the years and he stands out as one of the good ones.
Dr. Pleva is charming, patient and knowledgeable with one very nervous patient. His office is clean and comfortable . His office assistant Taylor has the patient's of Job!!
I was surprised by all the negative reviews. Im happy to say we had a great experience with Dr Pleva and the staff. My dad came from TX and while here, he attended to him well and after they left back home, he followed up with a phone call to see how he was doing. Just because someone has a dry personality does not make them rude. What I can say is he knows his practice. He listened well and answered all our questions, we never felt rushed. Dr. Pleva is ridiculously terrible. I paid my medical bill for sub par service, as did my insurance provider, then received another bill a year later. I contacted the office to explain the error but they were not helpful. I refused to pay and they sent me to collections. I would not return if my life depended on it.
Saw several reviews saying he can be rude and I find this to be not true. Met him last week and he was very polite, professional, and answered all my questions. Had colonoscopy today and he was very good at his profession. Tri City Surgical Center staff was fantastic also. I would recommend him to any of my family or friends.
Waste of my time and money. That's all this is. $40 for me to sit and have him not take my concerns seriously. He needs to quit medicine. I can't believe how horrible he is. Like others on here, his staff is A+ and I feel for them.
I had previously written a review, going into detail about my negative experience with Dr. Peva. I suppose being bluntly honest, it was not published. I highly Do Not Recommend him.
I really really like and trust Dr. Pleva. He greets you with a fist bump and gets down to business. He inputs alot of information/data as I explained symptoms. Dr. Pleva read every report of findings I've had for the past year! He asked lots of questions and listened to my opinion too.
I agree with 24 one star ratings. In my profession, 25 (including my own) negative ratings out of 34 reviews is the kind of doc you run away from.
